Dear iGEMers,
Since February 24, 2022, the whole world has been witnessing the impact of the Russian government's atrocities on Ukraine. Our hearts are with the people who are enduring the effects of the ongoing tragic events. Members in our community have been reaching out to iGEMers affected by the war and those inside the region to know better about their situations. We have also listened to a broader group of iGEMers outside of Ukraine, especially from Eastern European countries, to learn more about their concerns and be aware of the local circumstances.
If you’re an iGEMer from Ukraine and looking for support, please reach us via community@igem.org and we will do our best to help you.
If you’re an iGEMer who is involved in initiatives (such as ScienceforUkraine or EMBO) or is aware of initiatives to support iGEMers from Ukraine, you can reach out to us at community@igem.org and we will share them with the iGEMers from Ukraine, and update this page with the information and resources so that they are accessible to all our community members who may be in need.
