This platform guides you in exploring emerging biotech fields, connecting with seasoned professionals, and sculpting a strong professional identity. Join us to navigate research opportunities, enhance skills, and forge a supportive community propelling you towards a successful future in the emerging fields of biology.
The project incorporates a series of useful events and participants have the flexibility to choose from these modules, engaging in one or all, based on their interests and needs. Participants have the flexibility to choose from a variety of modules tailored to their preferences. These include:

Maarten Lubbers is a Ph.D. student at Leiden University (the Netherlands), working on morphology engineering of actinomycetes using synthetic biology approaches. Besides playing an active role in the iGEM Competition, he will discuss the ins and outs of setting up a national association from scratch!
Kenani Kenani is the CIO and Co-founder of Umkele Ltd, a biotech startup developing sustainable next-gen materials to combat global waste & pollution. Being a software engineer, he supported team ZIMMUTI in iGEM EPIC and has been an integral part of the team ever since. He will reveal the story of startup development from his own perspective.
